about

The GLTW 2nd and 3rd Grade composed this piece over 2 weeks in December.

lyrics

Its Christmas Eve and snow is falling
Santa’s slay is in the air.
Put out the milk and cookies for him
Joy and laughter everywhere.

Now it’s time to go to bed.
I wonder what I’m going to get.

Reindeer, flying.
Sleigh Bells, ringing.
Foot steps, coming.
I think I can hear him!

Santa’s coming down the chimney.
He eat’s the cookies and milk he found.
I get up to try to see him
as he puts my presents down.

I snuck downstairs to sneak a peek,
but he must have heard my feet.

To late, he’s gone.
Back in, his slay.
He’s gone, away.
But I see my presents!

Christmas day is wonderful.
Christmas day is wonderful.
Christmas day is wonderful.
