Peanut Song

from Friends by Go Like The Wind

/

about

The first and Second graders sing a traditional song and added some original lyrics.

lyrics

A peanut sat on a railroad track
His heart was all a flutter
Along came a big old choo choo train
Choo Choo peanut butter

A small yellow banana poped out of a bush
He ran so fast he turned into mush
A cook walked by and slipped on the peal
Banana nut bread it made a good meal

One day I was walking down the street
A hot red pepper fell out of a tree
I picked it up and I took a bite
It burned so bad I needed some ice
So I ran to the corner store
I bought a popsicle and I bought two more
I ate them all up till my mouth was numb
Peppers and popsicles Yum Yum Yum!
